It’s Awards Season! Deadline for Submissions: September 15, 2025

Nominations are now open for the Currie Craven Award for Wilderness Stewardship. The Award is given annually to a person who has been an exemplary advocate for the promotion and protection of designated Wilderness. While nominees may come from any area, we focus especially on those whose efforts have included Colorado Wilderness Areas. To learn more and nominate yourself or someone else: CURRIE CRAVEN AWARD | ESWA.

 

The dropbox for our annual John Fielder Photo Contest is now open.  Any ESWA member may submit up to 3 entries. NEW this year - videos, of up to 1 minute in length and 1 GB or less, may also be submitted. Photos and videos must be taken in one of our four Wilderness Areas. The submission must include the location where taken, and no people, dogs, or manufactured structures may be included. For more information and to submit your items: PHOTO CONTEST | ESWA.

 

All Awards will be presented at our End of Season Celebration on September 27, 2025.
