ESWA Leadership Positions Available

We're looking for volunteers who would like to contribute their skills to helping us protect the Wilderness. These positions are considered leadership positions at ESWA and offer the ability to grow into broader leadership positions.

Assistant Treasurer

We are looking for an assistant treasurer. As ESWA ramps up its fundraising and spending, we need help managing the related increase in financial activity. Responsibilities include collection of credit card receipts, reimbursement requests, and payment requests (credit card, check, ACH), allocating all cash flows, and preparing the monthly financials.

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, and we may want to shift to a more formal system as we grow as an organization. Interested? Contact our Treasurer, Mike Sharp (mike@1994.usna.com).

Secretary

We are seeking an organized individual to join our board as Board Secretary. This is an important role, to ensure effective communication and maintain transparent and accurate records of the monthly meetings. AI note-taking systems could be used to help minimize the work – we have found these easy and effective to use – training included courtesy of Steve Elder!
