About the event
The USFS is constructing a new bridge on the Meadow Creek Trail in Frisco. The focus of this trail maintenance day will be to decommission a 0.25 mile social trail that has developed in the area because of the lack of a bridge. The location of the bridge is ~3 miles and 1900 feet of elevation gain from the trailhead. Please be prepared to hike 6 miles round trip with 1900 feet of elevation gain in addition to decommissioning the trail.
Meeting time is 8:30am at the Meadow Creek Trailhead. We expect to be back at the trailhead around 4pm. Volunteers may leave earlier if needed, but will need to walk back to the trailhead on their own if leaving early.
