ESWA 2025 At A Glance
Our Volunteers, Donors, & Sponsors Made a Tremendous Difference in 2025
This summer, our volunteers were actively engaged in our busiest
Summer and our largest USFS projects in history!

THANK YOU!
See our 2025 By-the-Numbers Flier Here!
Our Volunteer Wilderness Rangers conducted 5,500 trail interactions and performed 130 hours of Trailhead Hosting. Our Sawyers dedicated 850 hours to trail clearing. Our Trail Crews supported the USFS with our largest ever trail projects, which included 380 volunteer hours and project funding to install 23 steps on the Meadow Creek trail, along with 150 hours and funding to construct the Missouri Bridge.
Additionally, we assisted the USFS in installing enhanced trail signs in the Wilderness and at trailheads, and we had 4 completely sold-out overnight Llama trips that contributed 700 volunteer hours to helping keep the Wilderness Wild!
Finally, our Advocacy committee supported key initiatives to keep the Wilderness Wild with multiple letter writing campaigns to our elected leaders to help influence their support and votes.
