GoPro Mountain Games - USFS/ESWA Tent!

The USFS needs us to help staff an outdoor tent in Vail Village for the GoPro Mountain Games.  Without us, the USFS would not be able to have this tent, so your participation is really important!  This is a great opportunity for ESWA to get our name out, make local connections, and strengthen our relationship with the USFS!  And you can get so much fun swag:) 

The USFS will set up the tent and bring all of their info every morning.  We are mainly there to help staff this, but are also allowed to promote ESWA.  Common questions asked are about the area, hiking, directions, etc.  You will have the contact number for the regional office for any inquiries you do not know the answer to.  Ranger Cal will be close by if anything urgent occurs. You may be staffing this alone, with other volunteers, and/or with our USFS Rangers!

Thursday June 4: 11AM - 6PM 

Friday June 5: 9AM - 6PM 

Saturday June 6 : 9AM - 6PM 

Sunday June 7: 9AM - 5PM 

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING: 

1) When you RSVP using the link, list the times you are open to volunteering, the max number of hours you want for one shift, and how many shifts total. Please keep times to the hour.  

2) Please consider this a firm commitment.  Sign up by Monday May 25. Once all the responses are complied, we will put together a master schedule and email it to all the volunteers. Further details for the event will also be included.

3) You are responsible for transportation and parking costs (main parking lots can fill up for this event).
