We are planning for our Joint Trailhead Hosting Day in Summit County, on the busiest day of the summer! Yes, you guessed it – July 5th.
We have a tradition of co-hosting most of our main trailheads on this busiest day with our Volunteer Wilderness Rangers and with the Friends of Dillon Ranger District Volunteer Rangers.
Please visit the Dillon Ranger District at 680 Blue River Parkway in Silverthorne between June 21st and July 3rd to pick up your hosting packet. You can choose a trailhead or join other hosts at a trailhead. Unlike prior years, we will not gather prior to hosting. Please proceed directly to your trailhead at 8:00am.
Trailhead hosting will be from 8:00 am until 11:30. At 11:30, please complete your hosting and come on over to Meadow Creek Park in Frisco at 828 Meadow Drive for a BBQ and fun time to share stories from the busy morning.
