Our Territory

We have partnered with the US Forest Service and work as a champion for four Wilderness areas in Colorado - Eagles Nest, Holy Cross, Ptarmigan Peak, and the Flat Tops. Our work in these areas helps preserve and protect the Wilderness for future generations.

Eagle Summit Wilderness Alliance is an all volunteer charitable organization dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of the four Wilderness areas located in Eagle and Summit County Colorado. Our mission is to promote sustainable use of these areas and ensure that they remain protected for generations to come. ESWA is offering a free, one-day Basic First Aid/CPR class for all volunteers. Priority will be given to Sawyers who are required to take this class as part of their Sawyer certification.
